The Lake Of Manabandh
"The Lake of Manabandh"- C. Acharya
Lake water, clear and cool touches my feet,
Frogs and fishes come out to me as I sit,
Wind just starts to blow cool breeze.
And it's true that they listen, I think.
Water bug, big and black kisses my feet,
Kraits and kings bit me as I sit,
Tarantula just starts to comfort when I freeze.
And it's true that they listen, I think.
The Lake of Manabandh so auspicious,
Will dig it to the freshness, and I will.
